Madeleine Proctor is an Account Manager at Trident DMG, working with clients across sectors, from the entertainment to consumer products to tech. Madeleine helps with designing and executing strategic communications campaigns geared toward each client’s unique objectives, including earned media, thought leadership, third-party validation, grassroots and influencer outreach , and crisis communications.
Before joining Trident, Madeleine established her communications skills through internships at various PR firms in New York City and D.C., including an internship at Trident DMG before being brought on full time. Her past experience includes working with a wide range of clients spanning sectors of technology, artificial intelligence, hospitality, cannabis, and lifestyle.
Outside of Trident, Madeleine has a variety of interests including expanding her knowledge on subjects like law and history and keeping active with running and yoga. She also volunteers with Reading Partners, a national nonprofit that partners tutors with under-resourced schools.
A native New Yorker, Madeleine attended American University and earned her B.A. in Public Relations and Strategic Communication with a minor in Legal Studies. During her time at AU, Madeleine spent a semester studying in Rome, Italy, and led a community-based learning project to develop a public-relations campaign for an AU cafe.
