Before joining Trident as a Fellow, Talha interned at various D.C-based PR firms, building his initial expertise and knowledge base in strategic communications. Talha has also worked on Capitol Hill, where he drafted floor statements and press releases on behalf of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee and worked on a variety of constituent services.
Outside of Trident, Talha stays active by going on runs, playing tennis, and walking dogs. In college, he served as a volunteer at the Claremont Refugee Advocacy Network to support refugees in the Inland Empire Region with English language development.
Talha graduated with Honors from Pitzer College in May 2020, with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a minor in the French language. As part of his degree, Talha spent two semesters in France studying International Relations and Law at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). In the Fall of 2021, Talha will be attending the Fletcher School at Tufts University for his Master’s in Law and Diplomacy.
