Brinsley Eriksen

Associate Director

Brinsley Eriksen is an Associate Director at Trident DMG, with a background in stakeholder engagement, strategic and crisis communications, public affairs consulting, and political and risk analysis. She has experience working across a wide range of sectors for clients spanning start-ups to global corporations, including some of the world’s largest tech and semiconductor companies. Brinsley also has expertise in providing evaluations on business, media, and policy impacts and risks of geopolitics, international conflict, and U.S.-China competition.

Prior to joining Trident, Brinsley was an Executive at the Brunswick Group, specializing in public affairs and geopolitical strategy for Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on the technology industry. Appointed as the youngest member of that firm’s global Artificial Intelligence Steering Committee, Brinsley led research projects on AI-related congressional hearings and policy implementation and developed briefings on the state of AI policy for clients, including company boards, all with an eye toward developing corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategy and planning around AI developments.

Brinsley graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Government-Foreign Affairs with Honors, and a B.A. in History with Distinction. At UVA, Brinsley was an Echols Scholar and served as Vice President of the Raven Society, a merit-based organization for students who demonstrate academic, extracurricular, and leadership excellence. She earned an MA in International Relations with Merit from the London School of Economics, receiving a brilliant distinction award for research in imperial warfare.
